Vendor Legal Document
Global WebStores Vendor Agreement
Your seller account
This agreement governs your use of Global WebStores to create a storefront, list goods, communicate with customers and manage orders. Accept only if you are legally able to enter an agreement and authorized to operate the business identified on your account.
You are responsible for your products and customer commitments. Keep your identity, contact details, stock, selected variant prices, descriptions, delivery expectations and return information accurate. Protect your login and notify platform support about unauthorized access.
Listings, brands and storefronts
List only goods you are entitled to sell. Do not offer illegal, unsafe, counterfeit or stolen goods, deceptive discounts, false verification claims or misleading reviews. Maintain any licences or approvals required for your goods.
You retain rights in your brand and uploaded content. You authorize the platform to host and display that content to provide your storefront, search results, shared-link previews and promotions. You must have the necessary rights for every upload.
A platform subdomain is provided as part of your store service. Custom domains require control of the domain and valid DNS configuration. Neither a subdomain nor SEO features guarantee search ranking, indexing, sales or permanent availability.
Prices, charges and subscriptions
Review the applicable sales, checkout, delivery, wallet funding, historical payout, subscription and promotional charges before confirming the relevant operation. The displayed checkout total records the chosen configuration and applicable charges.
You are responsible for applicable business taxes, product invoices and lawful pricing disclosures. Advertising or subscription purchases do not guarantee impressions, conversion or revenue. Do not represent a promotional placement as independent endorsement.
Orders and supplier products
Fulfil the configuration and quantity recorded on each accepted order. If goods are unavailable or cannot be delivered as promised, communicate promptly and cooperate with cancellation or refund handling. Do not replace a product or configuration without the customer’s agreement.
Mirroring a supplier product does not establish your ownership of the supplier’s stock. The supplier’s recorded wholesale allocation and your markup are accounted for separately. Changes to future supplier prices must not rewrite the amount recorded for an existing paid order.
Payment protection and payouts
Payments are processed through the configured payment provider under the terms disclosed for the transaction. Delivery confirmation records receipt; seller settlement and delivery have separate timelines. Keep order, payment and delivery references and cooperate with support when an issue is reported.
Provider settlement, platform-wallet entries and provider refunds are distinct records. A store verification badge or exemption does not remove bank-ownership or payment-readiness checks. Payouts require eligible verified account details and provider processing; approval is not a guarantee of immediate bank receipt.
Platform wallet and historical claims
Dedicated virtual accounts (DVAs) and card top-ups fund platform spending, including supported advertising, promotions and services. New funding does not create a cash-withdrawable balance or a second vendor sales-settlement claim. The new sales model uses approved Paystack subaccounts and split-payment allocations separately from the platform wallet; live activation requires provider authorization.
Existing financial records, historical liabilities and lawful refund rights remain preserved. Self-service cash withdrawal requests are retired. Contact support for reconciliation and review of a historical claim; this does not promise an unconditional cash refund or automatic payout.
Returns, refunds and complaints
Follow the published Returns and Refund Policy and any lawful product-specific terms disclosed before purchase. Cooperate with evidence requests, returned-goods inspection and refunds for unfulfilled or defective orders. Do not misdescribe a refund request as completed before the payment provider confirms processing.
Platform review windows and seller policies do not waive consumer rights or prevent a complaint to the relevant regulator or court. Refund outcomes and timing depend on the order facts, applicable rights and payment-provider processing.
Verification, privacy and fraud review
Provide truthful identity and business information through the configured verification workflow, including Dojah where enabled. A verification badge describes completed checks; it does not guarantee every product, transaction or future action.
Use customer data only for legitimate order fulfilment, customer support and other lawful purposes. Do not sell it, expose identity documents, share credentials or send unsolicited marketing without the required permission. Platform processing is described in the Privacy Policy and Fraud Disclosure.
Restrictions, account closure and changes
The platform may restrict access where account compromise, fraud, unlawful goods, unpaid service charges or safety concerns require intervention. Relevant unresolved orders, refunds, complaints and legally required records may remain after account closure. Contact support to request review of a restriction or to resolve outstanding obligations.
Material agreement revisions receive a new document version. Your recorded acceptance identifies the version accepted; it does not retrospectively change an existing order’s price or remove accrued consumer rights. The public Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Returns and Refund Policy provide additional information.
Acknowledgement and support
By accepting, you confirm that you reviewed this version and agree to fulfil the seller responsibilities it describes. The platform records the version and acceptance time for account administration and audit. Use the dashboard support channel or the platform contact page for questions, complaints or requests for review.
